Vestas is seeking a Skilled/Semi-Skilled Worker for Field Operations in Italy. You will supervise on-site activities, manage lifting, turbine prep, and inspections, and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of installation tasks at wind parks across multiple countries.

Experience in wind projects is valued, with a baseline high school education and 1–2 years of site leadership. The role operates on-site within a national collective agreement framework, offering a competitive annual

Competenze

High school degree plus 2-3 years in construction management or equivalent.
1-2 years of site and team management experience.
Knowledge of safety, management procedures, delivery stations, electrical instruments, cells, and APIs; understanding of technical documents.
Experience in the wind sector is valuable.

Mansioni

Respect safety and quality on-site.
Supervising lifting operations, wind turbine preparation, and inspections.
Follow-up work inside the wind turbine at all Vestas wind parks under assembly.
Ensuring the quality guarantee, reporting any non-compliance, and creating punch lists during wind turbine installation.
Ensuring proper unloading of components: inspection, repairs of the wind turbine during installation, and work inside the tower.
Reporting on safety, cost planning, quality improvement, and deviations
