A luxury agriturismo and resort in Tuscany is seeking a Resident Manager to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing finances, and leading the team. Ideal candidates have a degree in Hospitality Management, experience in luxury hospitality, and proficiency in both Italian and English. This role requires on-site residency during the season.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related fields required.
• Willingness to reside on-site for the duration of the season.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily resort operations to meet service standards.
• Serve as a point of reference for VIP guests.
• Plan seasonal opening and closing of the Villa.
• Monitor financial and operational performance.
• Oversee departmental budgets and optimize resources.
• Motivate management team across departments.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety policies.
• Handle guest complaints diplomatically.
