In this OMS Champion (Continuous Improvement Specialist) role you will

• Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
• Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers;
• Manage and support process improvement projects;
• Implement and monitor KPIs;
• Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
• Manage continuous improvement opportunities and address necessary actions;
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
• At least 2 years of experience in a continuous improvement team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;
• Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
• Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement.
