A leading logistics provider in Cocconato D’Asti is seeking an OMS Champion (Continuous Improvement Specialist) to enhance processes and drive performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics, at least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI. This role offers a chance to implement impactful changes within the organization.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a continuous improvement team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to analyze processes and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization.
• Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers.
• Manage and support process improvement projects.
• Implement and monitor KPIs.
• Promote and convey continuous improvement tools.
• Manage continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management.

The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics, or Master in Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years of experience in a continuous improvement team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to analyze processes and solve problems.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Proactive and able to work in a team with strong communication skills and a passion for improvement.
