A leading logistics company is seeking an OMS Champion (Continuous Improvement Specialist) to join their team in Buttigliera d'Asti, Italy. This entry-level role involves spreading the Lean mindset, managing process improvements, and implementing KPIs. Ideal candidates have a degree in Engineering or Economics and at least two years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing or Supply Chain industry, along with strong skills in data analysis and communication.

OMS Champion (Continuous Improvement Specialist)

Location: Cocconato D’Asti, DHL Express Deutschland.

Responsibilities

• Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization.
• Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers.
• Manage and support process improvement projects.
• Implement and monitor KPIs.
• Promote and convey continuous improvement tools.
• Manage continuous improvement opportunities and address necessary actions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master’s degree in Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years of experience in a continuous improvement team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
• Good knowledge of diagnostic tools, data analysis, and performance measurement.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to analyze processes and solve problems.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Proactive personality, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a strong propensity for improvement.
