A global project management firm in Milano is looking for an experienced Project Services Manager to lead offshore project support services. The successful candidate will oversee cost control, planning, and logistics, ensuring compliance with standards and effective communication between teams. With over 15 years of experience in project services, including a minimum of 5 years in offshore projects, this role requires strong leadership and organizational skills. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in Project Services or Project Control after earning degree.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate all project support services including cost control, planning, and logistics.
• Oversee project cost control and forecasting activities.
• Supervise the preparation and maintenance of detailed project schedules.
• Work closely with procurement team to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel to offshore sites.
• Prepare and issue project service reports to management and clients.
