A paving solutions company in Sorrento is seeking a full-time administrative professional to manage various office procedures and support project financial analyses. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles and must demonstrate punctuality and organizational skills. The position offers a salary of $26.00 to $27.00 per hour for 32 hours per week, requiring work at the physical location with no remote options.

Responsibilities
Tasks
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses of building projects
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
