Avvale in Italy is seeking an Architect / Solutions Architect to join the Saiborg practice, focusing on mobile and cloud projects and shaping observability strategies. You will be part of the Saiborg practice, working in a team focused on mobile and cloud projects.

You will design end-to-end observability architectures and implement telemetry pipelines with OpenTelemetry to improve reliability across systems.

Competenze

• Up to 2 years of experience as an Architect / Solutions Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Observability and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, OpenSearch, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch or Dynatrace.
• Good architectural and problem-solving skills for complex enterprise, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English language.

Role and responsibilities

You will be part of the "Saiborg" practice, working in a team focused on mobile and cloud projects.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing end-to-end observability and monitoring architectures covering logs, metrics and distributed tracing;
• Defining and implementing telemetry pipelines based on OpenTelemetry, integrating leading observability and monitoring platforms;
• Supporting development and infrastructure teams in improving application and infrastructure reliability through effective observability solutions.

Required Skills

• Up to 2 years of experience as an Architect / Solutions Architect, with a strong background in software development and architectural solution design;
• Solid knowledge of Observability and OpenTelemetry;
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, OpenSearch, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch or Dynatrace;
• Good architectural and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions for complex enterprise, cloud and hybrid environments;
• Good communication and collaboration skills;
• Good knowledge of the English language.
