Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking to hire a highly motivated, best‑in‑class NTE Security Program Manager for its sites across APAC, to be based in Seoul, Korea. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing security system installs and managing the on‑site operational physical security of multiple data center facilities across the APAC region, evaluating and addressing gaps, inefficiencies, and vulnerabilities, implementing targeted remediation strategies, and ensuring ongoing protection of remote data center operations.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing security operations to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, mitigating risks, and strengthening overall security posture.
  • Lead and coordinate regional security build projects and standardization/innovation initiatives.
  • Evaluate and address security situations, make decisions under pressure, and develop action plans.
  • Create and manage key performance metrics to monitor and improve the security posture.
  • Oversee and collaborate with security service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Investigate site incidents, analyze root causes, and produce detailed reports.
  • Conduct training for data center employees and contractors on security procedures and protocols.
  • Facilitate security operations and oversee project execution across international locations; international travel required.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
