Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Manufacturing Lead for its mRNA unit in Monza. You will supervise shift production activities, ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory documentation, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver on schedule and quality targets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, a Master’s in a related field, and strong leadership with fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Preferred MS in the life sciences, engineering, or equivalent technical field.

Mansioni

• Manage the Manufacturing resources on shift and coordinate manufacturing and ancillary activities, defining work priorities and ensuring GMP batches supply.
• Support day-to-day operations, ensuring the production schedule and KPIs (Right First Time and On Time Delivery) are met.
