W Hotels in Arzachena, Sardinia, is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to complete end-of-day activities, post charges, process payments, and balance receipts according to Accounting specifications. The role handles room charges, nightly backups, and various vouchers with confidentiality and accuracy.

The position is full-time, on-site, located at SP 59, Poltu Quatu, Arzachena. Preferred candidates have minimal related experience and no supervisory duties; housing staff canteen is

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1-year related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Mansioni

• Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and rolling the date.
• Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Process adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges.
• Print contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of emergency.
• Sell a room/accommodation to guests without reservations based on availability.
• Operate telephone switchboard station and handle wake-up calls and guest messages.
• Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
• Follow company policies, protect assets and maintain professional appearance.
