A luxury fashion brand in Milan is seeking an Associate for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity management. You will support network management, implement security policies, and ensure system integrity. The ideal candidate has strong IT cybersecurity certifications and is fluent in both Italian and English. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model with an annual salary between €35,000 and €40,000.

Key responsibilities

• Support the system administrator team in managing the network infrastructure
• Manage cybersecurity: risk assessment, governance, incident response, vulnerability identification, and system updates
• Work with Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Cisco Umbrella, and Azure Cloud environment
• Implement security policies, backup, and recovery processes
• Support internal users and coordinate with external suppliers and service providers
• Document processes, systems, and workflows
• IT cybersecurity certifications and experience with cybersecurity assessment activities
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers and VMware advantageous
• Understanding of network devices (firewalls, routers, switches, APs)
• Methodical, flexible, and service-oriented with strong communication skills
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
