A leading cleaning products manufacturer in Italy is seeking a motivated junior talent to join their Network & Infrastructure team. The role involves supporting network device configuration, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and assisting with documentation. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree in IT or related fields and have basic knowledge of network protocols. Proficiency in English and Italian is essential, along with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (obtained or in progress) in IT, STEM or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT enterprise architecture (Cloud, On-Prem, Hybrid systems).
• Understanding of main network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers.
• Interest in IT security.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux.

Mansioni

The challenge

We are looking for a motivated junior talent to join our Network & Infrastructure team. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to develop your technical skills in networking and IT systems, in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment

What you will do

• Support configuration and monitoring of network devices (switches, routers, firewalls).
• Assist in managing and developing company network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Perform first-level troubleshooting for connectivity issues
• Handle user requests related to network access and issues
• Help document configurations and technical procedure
• Contribute to network performance analysis and service improvement
• Support ICT teams in designing and deploying new service
• Monitor and manage infrastructure assets throughout their lifecycle.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree (obtained or in progress) in IT, STEM or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT enterprise architecture (Cloud, On-Prem, Hybrid systems).
• Understanding of main network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers.
• Interest in IT security.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux. SAP S/4 HANA basics are a plus.
• Good knowledge of English and Italian.
• Experience with hybrid work environments.

Nice to Have

• Certifications like Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Fortinet NSE 1-2.

Experience

• Internship or first experience in systems or networking.
• School or personal projects with network devices are a plus.
