Zync. is looking for a Network Engineer (L2 Operations - Cisco ACI / Load Balancing) to support operations in Rome. You will work on maintaining and troubleshooting data centre infrastructure, focusing on L2 network operations and load balancing platforms. The ideal candidate will have fluent Italian and experience with Cisco ACI and enterprise load balancers. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities for professional growth in a friendly team environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (and ideally English) language skills.

We are seeking a Network Engineer (Operations & Maintenance - L2) to support a long-term enterprise networking environment. In this role, you will focus on operating, maintaining and troubleshooting modern data centre infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• You will support L2 network operations and maintenance activities
• You will operate and troubleshoot Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure environments
• You will support load balancing platforms from F5 or Citrix Systems
• You will investigate network incidents and support infrastructure changes
• You will maintain operational documentation and procedures

Required Skills

• You have fluent Italian (and ideally English) language skills
• You have experience carrying out L2 network operations and maintenance activities
• You have hands‑on Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) experience
• You have enterprise load balancer experience (F5/Citrix systems)
