We’re hiring a Network Engineer in Ancona! This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in enterprise networking. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering secure, scalable, and high‑performing network solutions that support a large and growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support and management of the overall network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across network devices and wireless systems.
• Configure and maintain routing protocols such as STATIC, OSPF, and BGP.
• Oversee and ensure the stability of the network serving approximately 1,000 employees.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to align network solutions.
• On‑call availability to ensure a seamless service.
• Document network architecture, changes, and operational procedures for internal knowledge sharing.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of enterprise networking principles and infrastructure operations.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve medium/complex network issues in dynamic environments.
• Experience managing large‑scale network environments and supporting end users.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and performance tools.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP) or equivalent hands‑on experience in network engineering.
