Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a mid-long term network strategy (expansion, optimization, restructuring) aligned with corporate growth and profitability targets.
- Integrate market intelligence, consumer trends, and competitive benchmarking to identify white‑space opportunities and strategic dealer locations.
- Lead end‑to‑end dealer onboarding: Identify, evaluate, negotiate terms, and secure partnerships with financially robust, operationally capable dealers aligned with our brand ethos.
- Foster long‑term relationships with dealers, providing strategic guidance to maximize market potential.
- Oversee network operations to ensure consistency in performance, compliance with brand standards, and efficient execution across the dealer network.
- Design and implement network training programs to enhance dealer capabilities, elevate customer experience, and ensure alignment with brand values and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular dealer audits and provide coaching to elevate network quality.
- Coordinate with all relevant resources to adjust the business processes and align task roles from all business levels & functions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, economics, or engineering.
- At least 7 years’ experience in network development, dealer management, or commercial roles in the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated success with network expansion, performance optimization, and financial modeling.
- Analytical rigor & financial mastery; able to interpret dealer P&Ls and cultivate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results‑driven mindset.
- Data‑informed decision‑maker with creative adaptability to local nuances.
- Proficiency in Italian and English (both spoken and written).
