Lottomatica is seeking a Network Engineer to join the Network Architecture and Operations team in Italy. You will manage core, data center, and campus networks, monitor performance, troubleshoot faults, and configure devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

Availability for on-call duties is required. The ideal candidate holds a Cisco CCNA or equivalent, has at least 3 years of experience in datacenter, campus and core networks, and speaks fluent English.

• Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in network field.
• Experience managing datacenter, campus, and core network infrastructures.
• Knowledge of Cisco Nexus, Cisco ASR1k/9k, and Cisco ISR devices.
• Knowledge of L2 protocols such as STP, LACP, HSRP, VRRP, and WiFi.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS protocols.
• Knowledge of firewalls, IPS probes, NAC systems, and load balancers.
• Experience with monitoring and configuration management systems.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

We are looking for a profile that will join the Operations & Technology Department as a Network Engineer, embedded in the Network Architecture and Operations team.

Main Activities:

• Management of Core Network, Datacenter Network, and Campus segments.


• Network performance monitoring, troubleshooting of faults and degradations.


• Configuration and management of network devices: routers, switches, firewalls, IPS probes, load balancers, WiFi controllers, NAC, Radius Servers, and monitoring systems.


• Writing technical documentation.


• Availability for on-call duties is required.
