The Role

We’re seeking a .Net Developer to join our development team in Naples. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from cloud services and back-end systems to cross-platform applications, in an environment where technology meets sport and your work directly supports live international events.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full software lifecycle : requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Develop APIs and back-end services using .NET Core / C#.
• Design and maintain relational databases ( SQL Server or PostgreSQL ).
• Contributes to the development of cross-platform desktop and mobile apps.
• Review and optimize code to ensure quality, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation .

What We’re Looking For

• Strong programming skills in C# and solid knowledge of .NET Core .
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines , Git, and software versioning.
• Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
• Awareness of security best practices and performance optimization .
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS preferred).
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience with .NET MAUI or React Native for mobile development.
• Familiarity with Terraform , Jenkins , Docker , or Kubernetes .
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
