Role and Responsibilities

To improve Audio-Video division sales by managing assigned Retail customers, reaching established sales and market share targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales of Audio Video products through targeted portfolio of Retail customers.

  • Build and develop solid sales relationship with existing retail customers, at national level, to achieve agreed sales and M/S targets.

  • Manage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation, price protection claims.

  • Constantly monitor sales volumes, revenues and costs against forecasts.

  • Design and propose sales campaigns and define the appropriate distribution strategy across the channel, providing follow up and feedback related to any sales lead.

  • Coordinate and monitor the Field Sales (Agencies) activities, also by supporting in visiting the assigned key customers (GDS, Modern Trade) on the territory, directly manage the Key customers at national central level.

  • Close deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territory.

  • Engage closely with Division’s Product and Trade Marketing / Operations to ensure highest levels of service for named customers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor/Master degree with Economics background.

  • Professional Background: 2-3 years’ minimum experience in Retail Sales (GDS, GDO), preferably in Audio-Video business.

  • Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools, with specific focus on Excel.

  • Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.

  • Travel required: 60% domestic transfers. International transfers may occur.

  • Other: strong analytical, proactive, flexible mindset.
