Job Description

Enfinity Global seeks an MV/HV Engineer Manager in Europe to oversee MV and HV components, designs and specifications of renewable energy projects—mainly solar PV and battery storage. Responsibilities include supporting and managing the MV/HV design team from development to commissioning. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree, 8+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and ETAP, and strong communication skills in English (Spanish or Italian is a plus).

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: develop conceptual designs for substations and interconnections.
• Permitting and Procurement Support: manage preliminary studies, coordinate engineering consultants, and support the procurement team in responding to bidders during the RFP process.
• Commissioning Support: provide on‑site commissioning support, punch list development and performance testing plans.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in generation interconnection design, development, construction and analysis.
• Job‑site safety certification is desirable.
• Excellent communication, task management and planning skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and valuable ETAP.
• Advanced level of English.
• Knowledge of Medium and High Voltage standards and codes, including interconnection. Valuable MV/HV knowledge of the Italian market, Terna and ENEL codes.
