Schneider Electric is seeking a Regional Service Representative for MV to on-site commission and diagnose medium-voltage switchgear, delivering expert support on complex projects. You will travel internationally up to 70% and work with service engineers and partners to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You should have at least 5 years’ experience with MV commissioning or field service, electrotechnical education, and knowledge of MV protection relays.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of commissioning and/or field service experience.
• Confirmed experience with MV power distribution products.
• Knowledge of protection relays is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work autonomously and propose solutions.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 70%.

Mansioni

• Perform Startup & Commissioning on MV equipment across product ranges.
• Evaluate installation and operational conditions of equipment and systems.
• Conduct onsite adjustments to optimize running conditions.
• Perform root cause analysis to distinguish quality, software, or operational issues.
• Collaborate with Schneider Electric service engineers or partners during interventions.
• Document test results and produce site work reports.
• Train customers on basic operations of the equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MV products.
• Solid understanding of electrical principles for medium voltage and basics of automation and protection relays.
