Job summary

Keywords Studios plc is seeking a Multimedia Specialist for a fixed-term, remote position from Italy. You will lead visual design and video editing for internal communications, collaborating with the Global Communications & Engagement team to deliver assets that reflect the One Keywords ethos.

You will own end-to-end production from concept to final delivery, developing original graphics and videos and ensuring alignment with current design trends across 70+ studios worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in the listed design tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva.
• Creative, able to follow briefs and meet project requirements.
• Knowledge of current design trends and ability to translate insights into storytelling.

In this fixed-term role you will shape internal communications through graphic design and video editing, elevating staff experience. You’ll manage storytelling across multimedia, partnering with 70+ studios worldwide to ensure consistent brand and impactful internal messaging.
