Multilingual Assistance Specialist

Remote | Full-Time | 24/7 Shift Work

Argos Assistance S.r.l. is an international assistance company providing 24/7 medical and technical support to insurance companies, corporate clients, and travel agencies worldwide.

With offices in Italy, Spain, France, Switzerland, and in America, and a global network of 3,000+ suppliers, we manage assistance cases globally, including Europe, North, and South America.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate insurance claims (sinistri)
• Handle medical and automotive assistance cases worldwide
• Coordinate with international suppliers, partners, and service providers
• Ensure accurate case documentation and timely resolution
• Provide professional support in high‑pressure and emergency situations

Requirements

• Languages (mandatory): Italian, German, and English (fluent)
• Additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or others) are a strong plus
• Experience in assistance operations, insurance, or customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Calm, reliable, and able to work independently
• Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays
