The Montblanc Italy Communication team, is looking for a VM & Wholesale Trade Marketing Trainee.

How will you make an impact?

Visual Merchandising

• Visual Merchandising Materials Management: Oversee the distribution of visibility materials (POSM, Packaging, Give Aways) for Retail and Wholesale points of sale, managing the flow, allocation, and inventory control.
• Database Creation: Develop a database with window and furniture measurements to optimize the ordering and production of custom decorative materials.
• VM Guidelines Control: Verify the correct application of visual merchandising guidelines for windows and internal and external displays, including special projects and seasonal decorations, and manage photographic reports for the head office.

Wholesale Trade Marketing

• Wholesale Marketing Support: Implement and manage marketing activities at points of sale to increase brand visibility, stimulate sales, and enhance customer experience.
• Logistical Support: Assist in preparing materials for events, manage shipments, coordinate suppliers, and set up spaces.
• Event Support: Welcome guests, provide information, and manage any emergencies to ensure the smooth running of events.
• Travel Planning and Booking: Research and book flights, hotels, and transportation, organize detailed itineraries, provide assistance to travelers, and manage changes to travel plans.
