Moncler offers an exciting opportunity with the Moncler Academy for Technical Excellence in Trebaseleghe (PD), Italy. This full-time, 6-month internship allows individuals passionate about sewing and fashion to develop their skills in garment construction and quality control.

Interns will learn from industry experts, participate in various activities to enhance their practical knowledge, and receive a monthly allowance of ₠800, along with meal benefits. This is a unique way to kickstart a career in fashion!

Overview

STARTING FROM OCTOBER | FULL-TIME | 6 MONTHS

Are you passionate about fashion, sewing and garment manufacturing, and eager to develop both practical and theoretical skills in the industry?

Join our Moncler Academy for Technical Excellence in Trebaseleghe (PD), a unique opportunity to acquire and enhance garment construction skills while gaining in-depth knowledge of technical areas such as prototyping, pattern making, industrialization and quality control.

During this 6-month training period, you will have the opportunity to work closely with industry experts and gain hands‑on experience.

Your Impact

• Learn fundamental and advanced techniques in garment construction and sewing
• Gain familiarity with a wide range of fabrics, materials and sewing tools, including the use of industrial sewing machines for the production of down jackets and other outerwear
• Support and learn the prototype development process
• Participate in quality control activities for sample garments and contribute to any required modifications

Qualifications

• Passion for sewing, fashion and tailoring
• Practical, hands‑on attitude
• Strong interest in learning new techniques and applying them in a professional environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a collaborative learning environment
• Previous experience in sewing or a creative field is considered a plus
