Job summary

Moncler Group is seeking an Architectural Designer to join the Architectural Design, Construction & Maintenance Team at the Milan HQ. The role focuses on shaping boutique store concepts and ensuring alignment with the brand identity across new projects.

You will coordinate with local architects and general contractors, applying store formats consistently and contributing to the enhancement of boutique concepts in international markets. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within retail, luxury, or architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Rendering tools, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for a passionate Architectural Designer to join our Architectural Design, Construction & Maintenance Team, based at our HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

The candidate will manage Architectural Design activities for Moncler boutiques, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and supporting the application of store design, formats and concepts across new projects.

In Particular, The Architectural Designer Will Be Responsible For

• Developing store design solutions in line with the brand identity, contributing to the definition and enhancement of boutique concepts.
• Applying established store formats and design concepts across new projects, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Coordinating with local architects and general contractors throughout the design implementation process for boutique projects.

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail, luxury, or architectural design industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Rendering tools, and Adobe Photoshop
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
