Job summary

Moncler Group seeks an Architectural Designer to join the Architectural Design, Construction & Maintenance Team at our Milan HQ. You will manage boutique design activities, ensure alignment with the Moncler brand, and apply store concepts across projects.

Requirements include a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, 4+ years in retail/luxury design, proficiency in AutoCAD/3ds Max/V-Ray/Photoshop, and fluent English. Lombardy-based, with an international, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within retail, luxury, or architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Rendering tools, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Developing store design solutions in line with the brand identity, contributing to boutique concepts.
• Applying established store formats and design concepts across new projects, ensuring consistency with brand standards.

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Architectural Designer to join our Architectural Design, Construction & Maintenance Team, based at our HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

The candidate will manage Architectural Design activities for Moncler boutiques, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and supporting the application of store design, formats and concepts across new projects.

In Particular, The Architectural Designer Will Be Responsible For

• Developing store design solutions in line with the brand identity, contributing to the definition and enhancement of boutique concepts.
• Applying established store formats and design concepts across new projects, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Coordinating with local architects and general contractors throughout the design implementation process for boutique projects.

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail, luxury, or architectural design industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Rendering tools, and Adobe Photoshop
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
