Job summary

SurveyMonkey seeks experienced ML engineers to join the Machine Learning organization. You will work across ML platforms and the Product Data Science team to build scalable NLP and ML systems, deploying end-to-end solutions in production.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, Front- and Back-End teams to deploy models, monitor performance, and iterate solutions. A hybrid office presence is required, with up to 1 day per week on-site.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in Machine Learning and Data Science, deploying models in production.
• Strong expertise in NLP, statistical modelling and modern ML methods.
• Experience handling data at scale and building evaluation platforms for non-deterministic systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and own end-to-end ML/AI solutions within the product and maintain long-term ownership.
• Create monitoring and telemetry systems to detect failure modes and degradation of predictive accuracy.
• Architect scalable ML platforms and data pipelines, integrating new data sources.
• Deliver AI solutions by training, fine-tuning, and deploying models including LLMs.
• Drive research, adoption strategies for external solutions, and mentoring initiatives.
