Eligo Recruitment is seeking a Data Centre Critical Facilities Technician in Milan to ensure 100% uptime of critical infrastructure. You will join a disciplined shift engineering team responsible for preventative maintenance, monitoring, and emergency troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems in a state-of-the-art facility.

The successful candidate will have a solid technical background with data centre experience and the ability to work in a multinational, fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Background in electrical or mechanical engineering with relevant trade qualifications.
• Experience in maintaining continuous-operation facilities (data centres, hospitals, or similar).
• Italian language is advantageous; technical English for documentation and remote support.

Mansioni

• Monitor and operate BMS/EPMS to maintain uptime.
• Perform PPM on MV/LV distribution, UPS, static transfer switches, and generators.
• Oversee cooling systems including CRAH/CRAC and chilled water.
• Coordinate with external contractors and ensure RAMS/PTW compliance.
• Contribute to energy efficiency and PUE improvements.
