Job summary

Nomura’s Milan office offers a TMS internship in Investment Banking for up to 6 months. This off-cycle program is designed for analysts-in-training and emphasizes exposure to advisory and capital-raising activities within the Technology, Media & Services group.

Interns will support senior colleagues on process documentation, valuation, and M&A pitches, gaining cross-border experience with teams in London and other Nomura offices. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior colleagues with process documentation, valuation analysis and M&A pitches.
• Gain exposure to origination and execution projects with increasing responsibility.
• Collaborate on cross-border deals with teams in London and elsewhere.
• Develop presentation and analytical skills using PowerPoint and Excel daily.
