DLA Piper in Milan is recruiting a brilliant and experienced trainee lawyer to join our Real Estate Investment team within our market leading Real Estate group. You will manage and advise national and international investors and developers in all aspects of real estate law, and you will work closely with colleagues from the funds, finance and tax teams to structure real estate investments.

You will be exposed to due diligence, drafting and negotiation of real estate agreements, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in real estate and basic understanding of corporate matters is preferred.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English.
• Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates a can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to changing environments.

Responsabilités

• Assist and advise national and international investors and developers on real estate matters.
• Engage in due diligence and drafting/negotiation of real estate agreements.
