Un'organizzazione umanitaria cerca un professionista per gestire progetti di migrazione a Roma. Richiesta laurea, esperienza in gestione di progetti finanziati e competenze in scrittura di report. È necessaria un'ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e una buona padronanza dell'inglese. Il candidato supporterà la gestione operativa del progetto FAMI e parteciperà alla stesura di report tecnici. Si offre un contratto di co.co.co. con uno stipendio lordo di 26.708 € annui.

Scope of function: The professional profile is sought for its specific abilities in the management and implementation of projects financed and co‑financed, specifically those financed by the European Union. The candidate will be inserted in the project team to support the execution of the activities defined in the operational plan, with particular attention to technical‑organisational aspects, monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational management of the FAMI project.
• Monitor project activity progress and contribute to data collection.
• Draft technical reports and narrative documentation.
• Collaborate in technical and administrative reporting.
• Participate in technical meetings, training moments and public events related to the project.

Requirements

Mandatory requirements

• Degree: Laurea triennale.
• Experience: at least one year of professional experience in a team managing projects financed by European or national funds.
• Technical competences: knowledge of the FAMI program procedures.
• Language: excellent Italian, good English (at least B2).
• Computer: Office package, especially Word and Excel.

Preferred requirements

• Experience in project reporting and financial reporting.
• Direct experience in migration, reception, social inclusion or intercultural mediation.
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools.

Transversal competences

• Commitment to the mission and principles of the Red Cross.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in team and under stress with urgent deadlines.
