Start Something Different Ltd. is seeking a Midweight Project Manager for a 3-month freelance engagement with a luxury fashion client in Milan.

The role starts in October and requires strong communication, organisation, and process discipline to manage fast-paced work. You will handle projects from end to end, including budgets, invoicing, supplier coordination, and workflow management to deliver high-end outcomes within tight deadlines.

Competenze

• Mid level Project Management experience within a fashion or luxury brand environment.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects including budgets, invoicing, supplier liaison and fast workflow execution.

Mansioni

• Manage multiple projects within a busy luxury fashion client environment and coordinate with the creative team.
• Follow defined processes with strong organisation and efficiency to deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.

Mid weight Project Manager

3 month contract starting October 1st 2026

€2,8000 - €3000 per month

One of our fantastic luxury fashion clients are looking for a Midweight PM to join their team for an incredibly busy period of the year working across a range of projects. This role will be working within the creative team and requires someone with outstanding communication skills, a strong eye for detail and someone who can follow a process and whom is highly organised and highly efficient to be able to work at pace with the team.

The ideal candidate must have Mid level Project Management experience gained within a fashion or luxury brand environment and understand the urgency of meeting deadlines and working closely as part of the team. Experience of working on projects from end to end, budgets, invoicing, dealing with suppliers and running the work flow with speed and precision. This is a superb opportunity to work within a very dynamic organisation and team and to work on high level innovative and interesting projects.
