Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA is seeking a Dimensional Operator to perform dimensional inspection activities according to the job documentation, reporting to the Quality Manager at the Monfalcone site.

The role requires 3+ years of metrology experience in manufacturing, and availability for three shifts. Proficiency in Italian and English (minimum B1) is required. The gross base annual salary ranges from €29,100 to €37,000, depending on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in metrology within manufacturing environments.
• Willingness to work in three shifts: Shift 1 6:00–14:00, Shift 2 14:00–22:00, Night 22:00–06:00.
• Proficiency in Italian and English (minimum B1).

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections according to technical drawings, quality control plans, and procedures.
• Issue and forward inspection reports to Product Assurance Inspectors.
• Comply with safety, quality, risk and security procedures.

About the role:

The primary function for the Dimensional Operator is to perform dimensional inspection activities according to the job documentation, noting the steps through reports.

You will report to the Quality Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections according to technical drawings, quality control plans and procedures;
• Issue and forward reports to the Product Assurance Inspectors;
• Comply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in metrology, applied to manufacturing industries (min. 3 years);
• Availability to work in three shifts:Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
• Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level)
