A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Mid-Caps / Critical Technologies Finance Specialist to support a major EU project in Italy. Candidates must hold a Master's Degree and have at least 8 years of experience in corporate finance, specifically in clean-tech and resource-efficiency investments. Fluency in English and Italian is required. This is a 15-month contract starting December 1, 2025.

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project : ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Start date : 1 December 2025.

Duration : 15 months

Requirements :

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher,
• ≥ 8 years in corporate finance, clean-tech and resource-efficiency investments.
• Familiar with InvestEU and Innovation Fund operations.
• Expertise in equity / quasi-equity structuring.
• Very good command of English and Italian.
