Consol Partners cerca un esperto di migrazione Microsoft 365 per un programma di 6 mesi a Roma. Attuerai migrazioni tenant-to-tenant tra Azure UK ed Azure Europe e supporterai le fasi di migrazione in ambiente EU.

È richiesta fluente conoscenza dell'inglese e comprovata esperienza con SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, PowerShell e Graph per report e automazione. Ruolo onsite presso Roma, compenso di mercato e condizioni contrattuali da definire.

Competenze

• Esperienza hands-on in migrazioni tenant-to-tenant di Microsoft 365.
• Conoscenza di SharePoint Online, Teams e OneDrive in migrazione e gestione.
• Amministrazione Entra ID con RBAC, App Registrations e service principals.
• Configurazione Conditional Access e MFA.
• Gestione permessi SharePoint/Teams e remediation accesso.
• Migrazione Exchange Online incluse caselle utente e delegate.
• Abilità PowerShell e Graph per reporting, automazione e remediation.
• Capacità di risolvere failure di migrazione, permessi e link rotti.

Mansioni

• Guidare migrazioni Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant durante il programma di 6 mesi.
• Creare runbook tecnici, report di convalida e piani di rollback.
• Supportare wave di migrazione e attività post-migrazione.

Microsoft 365 migration (6-Month Contract)

Location: Rome

Contract Length: 6 Months

Language Requirement: Fluent English (mandatory)

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft 365 migration to join a high-impact 6-month migration programme, moving EU assets from Azure UK to Azure Europe.

Core skills – required

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive administration and migration.
• Microsoft Entra ID administration, including users, groups, guest/B2B accounts, RBAC, Enterprise Applications, App Registrations and service principals.
• Conditional Access, MFA and authentication methods.
• SharePoint and Teams permissions, ownership, external sharing and access remediation.
• Exchange Online migration knowledge, including user and shared mailboxes, delegates, aliases, forwarding, calendars and mail flow.
• PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and preferably PnP PowerShell for reporting, automation and remediation.
• Ability to troubleshoot migration failures, permission issues, broken links and unsupported components.
• Experience producing technical runbooks, validation reports and rollback procedures, and supporting migration waves and post-migration activities.

Desirable skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration tools, including assessment, user mapping, permissions, pre-staging, incremental migration, cutover and post-migration validation.
• Power Platform migration: Power Automate, Power Apps and Forms.
• Microsoft Purview, retention policies, sensitivity labels and DLP.
• Cross-tenant access settings and tenant restrictions.
• Intune and Autopilot tenant migration knowledge.
• IIS administration, including certificates, bindings, application pools and Entra-integrated authentication.
• SSO technologies, including SAML, OAuth/OIDC and SCIM.
