Job Description:

Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a development team working on projects for major national and international clients, mainly in the Telco and Media markets.

Your responsibilities include:

• Guiding clients in defining solutions aligned with their needs, participating in their digital transformation and innovation;
• Designing Customer Engagement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, utilizing best practices for standard product reuse;
• Implementing and deploying new functionalities, participating in projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.

Ideal profile:

Professionals with 2-3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents, with proven functional and technical knowledge.

Good knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement family, Microsoft Power Platform components, and programming with the Microsoft .NET framework is required.

Certifications in these technologies and experience in medium/high complexity projects on cloud versions of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement and Power Platform are preferred.

Nice to have: Analytical skills, results orientation, team work, and effective communication.
