A European consultancy firm is looking for experts in Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning to join a project-based pool for upcoming European Training Foundation projects. Candidates should have extensive professional experience and relevant education. Application is open on a rolling basis. Candidates from Italy are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience, including 10 years in Micro Credentials (Cat.I).
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 7 years in Micro Credentials (Cat.II).
• At least 5 years in Micro Credentials (Cat.III).

Mansioni

• Participate in European Training Foundation projects as a Micro Credentials expert.
• Provide expertise on non-formal and informal learning.

About the Opportunity:

We are creating a pool of Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning for Cat.I experts;
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning for Cat.II experts;
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning for Cat.III experts;
• Very good command of English.
