A European consultancy firm is seeking experts in Micro Credentials and the validation of non-formal learning for its project pool. Candidates with a Master's degree and extensive relevant experience are encouraged to apply. This opportunity offers access to consulting assignments for various projects across Europe, though inclusion does not guarantee immediate assignment.

Competenze

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree.
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience for Cat.I experts.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience for Cat.II experts.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience for Cat.III experts.

Mansioni

• Create a pool of experts for ETF projects in Europe.
• Review and validate applicants' experience.
• Contact experts for specific assignments as projects arise.

About the Opportunity :

We are creating a pool of Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements :

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning for Cat.I experts;
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning for Cat.II experts;
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning for Cat.III experts;
• Very good command of English.
