A consulting firm specializing in education seeks experts in Micro Credentials and validation of non-formal learning for potential projects with the European Training Foundation. Candidates must have a Master's degree and a robust experience in relevant fields. This role is project-based and inclusion in the expert pool offers access to opportunities as they become available.

We are creating a pool of Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.
Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree. At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning for Cat.I experts; At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning for Cat.II experts; At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning for Cat.III experts; Very good command of English.
