Technogym is seeking a Quality Laboratory Specialist to lead product validation and testing in a manufacturing setting. You will ensure traceable results, collaborate with R&D and Quality teams, and drive continuous improvement of lab processes worldwide.

You will manage metrology programs with CMM/LaserScan, interpret GD&T, and perform mechanical tests to verify performance and durability of components and finished products.

Competenze

• Minimum background in a Quality Laboratory within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in metrology and measurement instruments.
• Knowledge of GD&T and technical drawings.
• Experience with tensile, hardness, durability testing; material analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO/ASTM standards and technical English.

Mansioni

• Manage, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation (CMM, dynamometers, climatic chambers).
• Perform dimensional, mechanical, performance, and durability tests on components and finished products.
• Develop and validate new test methodologies for R&D and new product introduction.
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed technical reports, and ensure documentation traceability.
• Provide technical support to Quality Engineers during root cause investigations.
• Isolate and manage non-conforming products identified during testing phases.
