A leading healthcare company in Latina is seeking MES Assistants for a 12-month temporary contract. The role involves supporting the deployment of the new Manufacturing Execution System and managing project documentation. Candidates should have a Master's Degree in Engineering or CTF, be fluent in English, and possess strong analytical skills. Preferred qualifications include technical knowledge of SAP and Korber MES PAS‑X, as well as understanding of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing processes.

Competenze

• Master Degree in Engineering or CTF required.
• Fluent in English (B2 level and above) necessary.
• Ability to work in a multidepartment and dynamic environment is vital.
• Technical knowledge of SAP and Korber MES PAS‑X is preferred.

For the Italian production plant (Borgo San Michele‑Latina) we are looking for 2 MES Assistants to be hired with a temporary contract (12 months).

MES Assistant will be part of the team that will deploy the new Manufacturing Execution System at Latina site, as part of the NGM (Next Gen Manufacturing) Program, and will report to MES Site Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the MES team in the system deployment and project documentation management
• Develop and monitor project KPIs to ensure that project goals and targets are met
• Provision suitable training sessions and training material related to system functionalities and new/changed business processes
• Collect and analyze data from systems to support data-based decisions

Required
