Merchant Operations Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Merchant Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our partners. You will be the key liaison for our merchants, ensuring seamless onboarding, driving operational excellence, and supporting growth initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Fiat channels, including daily operations, marketing, and escalated CS tickets.
  • Onboard merchants and define partnership scope, align on integration methods and currencies, set up test / live environments, and provide API documentation with technical support.
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the exchange's visibility, presence, and growth in the local marketplace.
  • Monitor and analyze cryptocurrency market trends and competitors to inform operational and strategic decisions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other BUs internally for co-operation on new features and product launches.
  • Create and update FAQs, announcements, and promotional outreach for new product launches.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with local business partners and merchants.
Qualifications
