VML in Rome is seeking a Junior Social Media Intern to support client social channels and day-to-day community management, interacting with people online and helping shape positive conversations under a mentor and senior staff.

You will assist with content calendars, schedule posts, monitor brand sentiment, identify influencers, and contribute to reporting and analytics to measure content performance. This is a hands-on learning role within a hybrid team.

Competenze

• Experience assisting with social media content planning.
• Ability to engage online audiences in a positive way.
• Experience working with influencers is a plus.
• Basic understanding of social analytics.
