Job summary

The Medical Manager at MENARINI Group will support scientific information and development of Menarini products. The role works closely with the Brand Manager and MSL Lead, with collaboration across Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and Market Access to meet local Health Authority requirements.

The position requires a Medical degree, potential specialization, fluent English, and strong communication skills. Occasional overnight travel up to 20% is expected; the base annual salary is EUR 50,000–55,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine.
• Specialization in internistic disciplines or pharmacology preferred.
• Fluent English in written and verbal format.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with Brand Manager to develop the medical component of the brand strategy.
• Develop and execute medical affairs plan for the products.
• Develop advocacy plan and engage with national Key Opinion Leader.
• Support MSLs in the execution of the local medical plan and train medical reps.
• Create and review promotional materials.
• Collaborate with Regulatory/MarketAccess/Pharmacovigilance on local Health Authority docs.
• Manage medical enquiries and support life cycle initiatives.

Overview

The Medical Affair Team has the primary objective to support the scientific information and development on the Menarini products.

The Medical Manager works closely with the Brand Manager. Other internal relationships include relations with MSL Lead, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory personnel. External relationships include MSLs, Medical Reps, Corporate Medical Managers, Scientific Societies, KOLs.

Type of contract: fixed-term contract 12 months

Main Activities & Responsibilities

Cooperate with Brand Manager in developing the medical component of the brand strategy.

• Develop and execute medical affairs plan for the products
• Develop a proper advocacy plan and engage with national Key Opinion Leader.
• Support MSLs in the execution of the local medical plan -Release scientific trainings to medical reps and MSLs.
• Create and review promotional materials.
• Cooperate with other Departments (Regulatory/MarketAccess/Pharmacovigilance) in the preparation of relevant documents necessary to meet the requirements of local Health Authorities.
• Medical enquiries management.
• Support/investigate life cycle management initiatives for the products.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine
• Specialization in internistic disciplines or pharmacology preferred
• Fluent English in written and verbal format

• Up to 20% overnight travel, including abroad required

The selected candidate will be employed under Category A in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur 50.000,00 and Eur 55.000,00 eur, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
