General Description

Lo.Li. Pharma International, a leading company in the nutraceutical sector with a strong international presence, is looking for an International Medical Affairs Specialist.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the selected candidate will contribute to the scientific and educational strategy related to the company’s product portfolio. The role involves supporting both internal teams and international partners through scientific training, medical content development, and ongoing updates on clinical evidence and therapeutic areas.

The position requires constant collaboration with the MMA, R&D, Quality, and Marketing departments to ensure scientific accuracy, effective communication of key messages, and the alignment of medical-scientific information with corporate strategy. The candidate will also participate in national and international congresses, engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and contribute to the dissemination of new scientific insights and publications relevant to the company’s areas of interest.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver scientific training to international partners and internal teams through remote and in-person sessions, ensuring a clear understanding of product mechanisms, therapeutic areas, and clinical evidence.
  • Continuously update and disseminate scientific knowledge by reviewing literature, identifying emerging trends, and integrating new findings into training and communication materials.
  • Collaborate with MMAs, R&D, and Marketing to develop accurate, impactful scientific content and key product messages aligned with company strategy.
  • Prepare, review, and update slide kits, training tools, and materials for congresses, product launches, and internal learning programs.
  • Ensure the scientific accuracy of marketing materials and support their development with validated medical data.
  • Provide scientific and medical support to partners and customers, including responses to medical inquiries and participation in joint training initiatives.
  • Participate in national and international medical congresses and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen the company’s scientific network and visibility.
  • Contribute to scientific collaborations and publications in coordination with internal departments and external experts.
  • Support continuous internal scientific education by designing and implementing structured training programs and monitoring knowledge development across teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Quality and Regulatory teams in specific cases related to product registration or adverse event reporting.
