We’re looking for an active and motivated Media Buyer / Partnership Manager / Referral Specialist to help grow the Italian market. If you have strong connections in digital marketing, publishing, or advertising — and are ready to join a fast-growing global company — this opportunity is for you!

This role is ideal for those who want to work flexibly and combine it with their primary job.

Important: This is a freelance position under self-employed status (auto-entrepreneur / independent contractor).

Key Tasks:
  • Finding and attracting new partners (publishers and advertisers) in the Italian region
  • Conducting negotiations and presentations, establishing long-term relationships
  • Assisting in localizing strategies and products for the Lithuanian market
  • Collecting and analyzing market data, trends and competitors
  • Coordinating with Vidverto team to launch and optimize advertising campaigns
What we expect:
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, publishing or media
  • Wide network of contacts in the industry
  • Knowledge of the Italian market
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
