We are looking for a skilled Mechatronic Specialist to join our team on‑site at our customer’s facility in the beautiful city of Lucca, Italy.

Your Role

• Conduct preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance tasks for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Manage and develop maintenance strategies, including lifecycle management and long‑term planning for mechatronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while supporting Root Cause Analysis investigations.
• Develop standard procedures for hydraulic and pneumatic systems and manage documentation in the CMMS (SAP).
• Train and collaborate with internal and external teams.

What You Bring

• Formal qualification in an engineering discipline.
• Solid experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of automation systems (PLC/DCS) and SAP.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and testing techniques.
• Proficiency in both English and Italian is required.
• Proactive, and committed to teamwork.
