A leading recruitment platform is seeking a Senior Mechanical Construction Supervisor for a solar plant project in Rovigo, Veneto. You will supervise construction works, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction supervision, especially in utility-scale solar projects. Fluency in English and Italian is essential for this role.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years construction supervision experience in Mechanical infrastructure projects.
• 2 years managing utility scale solar Photovoltaic plants.
• Proven track record of completing construction on time and safely.

Mansioni

Senior Mechanical Construction Supervisor for a Solar plant construction site (42MWp) near Loreo, in the province of Rovigo, Veneto The position is to start as soon as possible and will run until December 2025, with the possibility of extension. The Mechanical Construction Supervisor will be responsible for onsite supervision of Mechanical (Post, Rack and Modules) construction works on solar PV EPC projects ,including full responsibility for technical, environmental and safety compliance, quality, schedule, and integration control

Requirements / Qualifications

• Civil / Mechanical Engineering background
• Minimum of 5 years construction supervision experience in Mechanical infrastructure projects, 2 years of which gained managing utility scale solar Photovoltaics plants
• Good communication skills, able to resolve labour conflict
• A proven track record in successfully completing construction on time, safely and compliant with technical & quality requirements and standards
• Demonstrable experience of managing Subcontractors to stringent time and quality metrics
• Conversant with construction, labour, environmental and safety requirements and legislation
• Fluent in English and Italian
