Job summary

Marposs is seeking a Mechanical Product Assembler in Emilia-Romagna to support the development of new products. The role involves manually assembling small, complex mechanical units and using project documentation in a fast-paced environment within the Industrialization Engineering Department.

The candidate should read mechanical drawings, demonstrate excellent manual skills, and communicate proactively with designers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in mechanical or electronic engineering with at least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to read mechanical technical drawings and interpret assembly requirements.
• Excellent manual skills and capacity to identify alternative assembly solutions.
• Proactive communicator with strong collaboration across design and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Manually assemble small, complex mechanical and electromechanical units using tools and documentation.
• Assess design and equipment from an assembly perspective; propose alternatives.
• Document the selected assembly process and contribute to simple assembly tooling design.
• Collaborate with the Industrialization Engineering Department and design teams on product development.
